  • Verify capability through referencing and/or interviews

  • Provide the client with the tools and information necessary to  identify and compare  potential partners

  • Support the client in selecting the best candidates from the whole of market list using these tools

  • Support the client in selecting the ideal partner from interview to formal bid selection

  • Advise on onboarding, contracts and target setting

  • Remain available for advice and support as required by the client
